Our clients bought a new house that needed some up keep and maintenance. They split all the projects into what was needed and wanted. A new kitchen ended up in the wanted category but the needed projects ate up too much of the budget. That is when we decided to just provide an update and face lift for the kitchen.

This project allowed our clients to refresh their kitchen at a cost less than a whole new kitchen. They were then able to put the necessary resources into the areas of the house that really needed it. Down the road they have the option of renovating the cabinets along the walls without needing to touch the island as it is completely new and stands alone as as feature piece. In this way they can update the kitchen again with the least amount of disruption.
